Seven could be the Head of Starfleet Medical, and Janeway a scorned lover (by Seven) who was turned down for the rank of Admiral as well as being tossed out of Starfleet for her 'bad' decisions as Captain in the DQ. Where she later became a rogue captain for some cause, only to be called back in to take comand of a Fleet ship with Seven (and some of the others) to help defend earth against the remaing Borg or Species 8472.
Eyepatch definitely needs to be included.
